This morning I had A private cooking class at the #Marriott hotel at #weligama #srilanka with chef de cuisine Saurabh Maheshwari.
He was teaching me about the famous string hoppers and hoppers (appa) dish. In Singapore we call it Putu Mayam and Appom.
