A FRENCH CULINARY ADVENTURE IN SINGAPORE

French dining experience in Singapore – especially when we can’t travel to France these days.
I loved the new location of L’Entrecote in the custom house with the scenic views of the Marina bay sands and the Central business District.
We started with fresh fine de claire Oysters which are my favourite with a glass of Champagne , melted Comte cheese with boiled potatoes and pickles, oven baked bone marrow with bread , Escargot snails with a great butter and garlic sauce ,a very french Onion soup with cheese , Rib eye steak with fries and crème caramel and lemon tart for dessert.
As I love french food and miss Paris , it was definitely a great French culinary adventure in Singapore.
