From home-made cheese with roasted bell peppers, sweet “Baklawa” with pistachio and honey, vegetables stuffed with lamb to rice in a fragrant pomegranate syrup, I have dozens of my grandmother’s recipes that I look forward to sharing with you on this cooking class!

Helpers cooking classes- 11 March 10:30- 13:30
- From Greece – Stuffed vegetables – eggplants, potatoes and cauliflowers stuffed with meat in tomato sauce
- From Thailand – green curry and chicken Pad Krapao
- From Iraq – Kube dumpling with Beetroot soup
- Desserts- Apple strudel with Filo pastry
