Join me for a culinary journey through the tastes and flavours of my childhood, from savoury to sweet.

From home-made cheese with roasted bell peppers, sweet “Baklawa” with pistachio and honey, vegetables stuffed with lamb to rice in a fragrant pomegranate syrup, I have dozens of my grandmother’s recipes that I look forward to sharing with you on this cooking class!

Cooking and social dining experience

Including ouzo and Greek music

  • Tzatziki – Yogurt dip with Homemade Pita bread
  • Stuffed tomatoes/ onions
  • Greek salad with Feta cheese
  • Roasted peppers and cauliflowers salad
  • Filo and Feta parcels
  • Vegetarian Moussaka
  • Baklava with Pistachio and almonds

120 SGD per person including dinner and recipes 

Israeli Shabbat Dinner- 19:30- 22:30  17 March

 Cooking and social dining experience

Including a glimpse to the Shabbat dinner rituals and wine

  • Challa bread
  • Fish with Moroccan spices
  • Chicken soup with Mazza balls
  • Chicken liver Pate
  • Hummus and Tahini spread
  • Israeli salad
  • Falafel balls 
  • Malabi Turkish delight with fruits salad 

 

120 SGD per person including dinner and recipes

   

          

 

Helpers cooking classes-  11 March 10:30- 13:30  

  • From Greece – Stuffed vegetables – eggplants, potatoes and cauliflowers stuffed with meat in tomato sauce
  • From Thailand – green curry and chicken Pad Krapao
  • From Iraq – Kube dumpling with Beetroot soup
  • Desserts- Apple strudel with Filo pastry

100 SGD per person including lunch and recipes
