Israeli Salad Recipe
Israeli Salad Recipe Ingredients:
2 Japanese cucumbers
2 tomatoes
If you like to add a quarter of a cabbage or few washed leaves of lettuce
Optional:
Chopped Italian or English parsley
Chopped fresh mint
Chopped scallions – the white and green part
Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes
Chop the cabbage or the lettuce small
Mix all the ingredients
If you would like, add fresh herbs then mix one tbsp of mint, scallions, and parsley
Dressing
Mix olive oil with fresh lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
