You are invited to join our New Cooking A Tour Culinary Adventure in Singapore

The first Masterclass includes a remarkable “hands-on” experience with the talented Singaporean chef Chung Deming in his trendiest restaurant The Quarters!

Chef Deming will join us for a Wet Market Food Tour and show us where he buys the local spices and herbs used in his kitchen. Then we will head to his restaurant for a cooking class to cook the following dishes:

  • “Ooh La la” – Chilli crab sauce with “la la” clams
  • Pan Fried Squid with Salted Egg
  • Singapore Chicken Curry made from scratch
  • Lemongrass Creme Brulee

The price includes a recipe booklet and lunch.

The Vegetarian Middle Eastern delights include:
